Fintecom, pursuant to the provisions of Point II.5 of the Platform Regulations, specifies the parameters of the Service Functionality. Capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the GG Platform Regulations.
1. GG Internet messenger – Functions including sending text messages, sending graphic messages and sending graphic and text messages using the internal communication protocol between Users or between Users and Fintecom, with the option of archiving them. The function also allows you to send files with the option of archiving them.
Basic technical parameters:
- maximum size of a single text message: 20 kB
- maximum file transfer size: 2 GB
- maximum storage period of text messages missed by the User in the ICT system: 30 days
- maximum period of storage of system and application notifications in the ICT system: 30 days
- maximum disk space for archiving sent files: 3 GB
- maximum storage period of files sent by the User via the GG Internet Messenger: 90 days
- minimum period of inactivity of the User in connection with Functionality (no logging in to the GG Internet Messenger) resulting in the option of deleting data entered by the User and assigned to the GG Number allocated to him, as well as archival data, including messages and files sent via the GG Internet Messenger: 180 days
